P R O G R A M P A R T I C I P A T I O N C O N D I T I O N S As a small NGO we do not have the facility to contract an insurance for you; you are advised to do this in your home country. We strongly suggest that you sign a contract for a sickness, an accident and a travel insurance in your home country.
When you book a program you are required to make an initial payment of 400$, which will cover our initial expenses of organising and setting up a microfinance group and the costs of arranging the volunteership for you. This initial payment will be redeemed against the full fee. Should you decide to cancel your volunteership up to 6 weeks before commencement you will have to pay 100$ to cover for the administrative costs. Cancellations taking place after this period will require you to pay 250$ for the expenses we have contracted organising and arranging the volunteership.
Should you encounter problems during your volunteership or should the chosen group or activity not fully meet your requirements, we will make other arrangements for you, however, we are unable to repay the full amount of the fees levied for our volunteerships. In some cases we are able to make a discretionary payback, but only in cases where it is impossibe to make convenient arrangements for you.

P U R C H A S E A N D S H I P P I N G C O N D I T I O N S The conditions differ from case to case, depending on the quantity you order, the fees levied by the postal service etc. As a general rule we require you to make full payment of the products before we ship them out to you. Terms and conditions are discussed on an individual basis, e-mail us detailing your requirements and needs and we will make you a customised proposition.
