As a student or recent graduate you can benefit in the following ways;

We effectively sustain your on-the job learning so that you can develop your project management and leadership skills as well as put your theoretical knowledge into practice. After having completed a project with us, you will be granted a working certificate giving a detailed account of your activities and your personal achievements, which might help to impress your future employer.

During your internship we support you in developing your skills and personality. Our projects are designed such that both, women and volunteers equally profit from an exchange of skills and knowledge, volunteers can teach microfinance groups invaluable business building skills and help them to improve their competencies, so that they produce their goods efficiently and to the full satisfaction of their customers. On the other hand, volunteers will be able to put their business building skills into practice by managing and monitoring a project. This will help volunteers to develop and perfection their project and management skills.

Some universities might give you credit towards your degree upon accomplishment of a program with us. Ask your course director whether there is a possibility for collaboration between both parties StratMicrofinance and your university, in order for you to obtain credit points towards your degree.

As a researcher and intern you can benefit in the following ways;

We will support you in gathering the empirical data you need for your research work, by participating in your qualitative and quantitative data gathering and help you in acquiring the skills you need for a future job in development management.
