Traineeships are designed to meet the needs of recent graduates, who want to supplement their theoretical knowledge with on the job training and thereby get their first working experience. During your traineeship you will develop your project management skills, cross-cultural communication and leadership skills and you will learn how to effectively set up a small business and thereby develop entrepreneurial skills. Furthermore, we aim to help you in developing your personality as well as your conceptual and analytical skills. You will be assigned to an experienced program facilitator and supervisor who will help you in managing the project and support you in your individual learning experience.
